The Bones series emerges from a visceral exchange between the human body and the earth—an excavation of women's history buried beneath layers of patriarchal sediment. Using environmentally conscious materials and found objects, each piece becomes a relic, a ritual, and a reclamation.
This body of work reflects a spiritual and historical search: for the Madonna reimagined through decay and rebirth, and for the sacred feminine The layered media—organic textures, salvaged fragments, and symbolic forms—mirror the complexity of feminine identity and its entwinement with the natural world. Through this series, I explore how the abuses of the environment echo the erasures of women’s stories—and how both can be unearthed, honored, and transformed
